For the resolution of any dispute or conflict arising from these general terms and conditions, the courts and tribunals of the CONTRACTING PARTY’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction in the event that the CONTRACTING PARTY is a consumer. In all other cases, the courts and tribunals of Madrid shall have jurisdiction, and the CONTRACTING PARTY hereby expressly waives any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.
